Refund Policy

The short version. You have 14 days, and the guarantee is action based. Build the Engine, create 10 carousels with it, and if it does not do what the sales page says, show me what you built and I will refund you in full.

How it works

The Carousel Engine is a system you build, not a video library you browse. The only honest way to judge it is to set it up and run it. So the guarantee asks exactly that:

1. Within 14 days of purchase, go through the setup: build your brand document and set up the system as shown.

2. Run it. Create 10 carousels with it, exactly as the course itself asks you to. At minutes per carousel once the Engine is set up, this is a few hours of use, not a project.

3. If it does not do what the sales page says it does, email us at [support email] within those 14 days. Include what you built (your brand document and the 10 carousels) and tell us what fell short.

That's it. If you did the setup and it did not deliver, you get a full refund. No back and forth.

What is not covered

Refund requests where the system was never set up. "I did not get around to it" is not the product failing. If you are not sure you will put in the setup afternoon, please do not buy.

The mechanics

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. At checkout you consent to immediate access to the digital content; where the law provides a withdrawal period for digital purchases, that consent affects it as described at checkout. This guarantee sits on top of, not instead of, your legal rights.

Who you are buying from

The Carousel Engine is a product of ICY GROUP LTD, a company registered in England. Payment and checkout are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which means Lemon Squeezy is the seller on your receipt and handles payment processing and applicable taxes.

What you are buying

A digital product: the Carousel Engine system, its teaching material, prompts, templates, and recorded walkthroughs, delivered as online access immediately after purchase. One payment, lifetime access for you, including the monthly updates and new material added over time.

Your licence

Your access is a personal licence for you (or, if bought by a company, one named person). You can use everything you make with the Engine, including carousels and any other content, commercially and without restriction. It is yours.

What you cannot do: share your login, or resell, redistribute, republish, or teach from the course materials, prompts, and templates themselves. The outputs are yours; the system is licensed to you.

Tools you connect

The Engine runs on third party AI tools (such as Claude, and optionally Higgsfield and Canva). These are separate products with their own subscriptions and terms, they are not included in the price, and we are not affiliated with them. If a third party changes or discontinues a tool, we will update the system to keep it running on available tools, which is part of what the monthly updates are for.

Results

We show real results from real use, but no specific outcome, growth, or earnings are promised. The Engine gives you the system; what you make with it, and how it performs, depends on you and your audience.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
